In the sequel to Find Me, Wick Tate, sarcastic teen hacker, is back and once again dealing with criminals and corrupt cops…and a brooding new love interest. Will Wick persevere when some secrets refuse to stay hidden?

Wick had thought her troubles were over.

But she should’ve known better.

Not only is she embroiled in a new murder case, which starts with a body with “Remember Me” carved into it and doesn’t stop there, but she also discovers new evidence surrounding her mother’s suicide…which leads her right back to her imprisoned deadbeat dad. And she has to deal with her flirty new hacker friend, Milo, sniffing around—which her boyfriend, Griff, isn’t too happy about.

The pressure might be too much as secrets—including Wick’s own—climb to the surface.

Remember Me is an edge-of-your-seat thrilling read that’ll have readers turning the pages at lightning speed! The paperback of Find Me is on sale simultaneously, and a digital original novella from Romily, featuring Griff, is on sale just a few weeks before!
Review by Nara

One of my favourite things about this book is that I wasn't able to predict the culprit! To be honest, in retrospect, it's freaking obvious, but at the time I had no idea what was going on. Unlike in Find Me, the motives behind the villain's decisions were a lot better explained, and the reveal wasn't anywhere near as left field. So in that respect, Remember Me is definitely better than the first book.

The mystery/thriller aspect of things was very well done. Bernard is quite good at building up the tension leading up to a reveal. I must admit that the book was initially a bit slow, but the pace picks up very quickly towards the middle and end as more secrets are revealed and the "stakes are higher", so to speak.

Some people might be put off by the fact that there was the introduction of a love triangle in this one, but personally, I actually didn't mind. The romance did get a fair bit more dramatic (and very slightly irritating), particularly in terms of how Griff and Wick never seemed to see eye to eye about how she's being forced to work for Carson. Part of the reason for this was because Wick hid so many secrets from Griff (dammit, just talk it out). So when the new guy (Milo, another genius teenage hacker lol) steps on the scene, I was actually completely fine with it. Wick did seem to get along a lot better with him than with Griff. I do feel like, in the third book, things will get back to Griff though. He has his own novella, after all.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing how Bernard will close up the story with Trust Me. Hopefully it's just as action packed and riveting as both of her other books.

Really liked it
